He is survived by: his wife Kay Nichols Mizell; his daughter Jamie; his son-in-law Robert Carter; his daughter Tammy Shambley (Ricky) of Dumas; his siblings, Dale Mizell of Dumas, Willard Mizell and Bobbi Jean Wyles of Jessieville; and his grandchildren, Lauren Shambley, Colby Smith, Jacob Shambley and Kaylee Carter.
