He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Moncrief and Alta Moncrief; and his siblings, J. T., James, Donald Lee, Denny Moncrief and Mary.
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Moncrief (Glenda) of Dumas and Heath Moncrief (Renee) of Dumas; and his sisters, Jo Ann Henley (Sonny) of Star City and Becky Wynn (Roger) of Star City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Griffin Funeral Home (109 Brasfield St, Dumas, AR 71639). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
