He was predeceased by: his parents, Trozy Bill and Alberta Smith; his wife Joann Smith (Thurmon); and his great grandchild Toby. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Joe, Jim (Angela) and Terry (Pam); and his siblings, Barbara Strahan (Richard) and Ricky Smith (Elaine). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
