He was predeceased by: his parents, Dossie Levingston and Elizabeth Levingston; his wife Gloria Levingston; his son George Moore; his grandparents, Andrew Battle, Nellie Battle Trotter, Dossie and Charlotte Levingston; his granddaughter Madison Levingston; and his siblings, Thenelda Levingston, Allen Scott, Clifford Levingston and Ronnie Levingston.
He is survived by: his sons, Laviakio Levingston (Monica) of Little Rock, Demetrio Levingston of El Dorado, James Smith of El Dorado, Demetrius Smith (Talmekia) of El Dorado and Anthony Smith (Beverly) of El Dorado; and his brother Kerwin Levingston of El Dorado. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
