It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Leopard of El Dorado, Arkansas, born in Star City, Arkansas, who passed away on September 12, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Delmis Phillips and Mary-Lou Phillips; and her siblings, Larry, Jimmy Covington, Bonnie, Pat, Carolyn and Martha Covington.

She is survived by: her children, Sonny Leopard (Becca), Willy Leopard, Scott Leopard (Katie), Crystal Foster (Karl) and Cori Martinez (Carlos); her grandchildren, Tyler Earnest (Grace), Nickolas Leopard, Jewel Wallace, Zachary Leopard, Braxton Leopard, Adrianna Leopard, Colby Earnest (Lexie), Kayley Foster, Micaela Martinez, Stella Martinez, Priscilla Martinez, Olivia Leopard and Ella Leopard; and her brother Terrell Covington (Linda). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Friendship Primitive Baptist Church of El Dorado.
