He was predeceased by: his parent Eddie James; his wife Shirley Faye Foster; and his parent Ola Pearl Foster. He is survived by: his children, Anthony of El Dorado, Arkansas, Timothy Foster (Syreeta) of El Dorado, Arkansas and Kimberly Baker (Nakia) of El Dorado, Arkansas; and his sisters, Bobbie Jean Moore of El Dorado and Mae Esther Foster of El Dorado. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
