He was predeceased by: his parents, Jordan D. Riggins and Margaret L. Riggins; and his siblings, Gregory Riggins Sr., Mae Pearl Williams, Ester Ruth Debose, Glider Riggins, Yvonne Thomas and Jacqueline Smiley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Marie Turner of El Dorado, Arkansas.; his children, Donald "Tick" Turner (Alice) of El Dorado, Cynthia Moore and Brandi Riggins of Little Rock; and his brothers, Curtis Riggins, Donald Rae Riggins, J. B. Riggins, Steve Riggins and Chappell Riggins. He is also survived by Five grandsons, Two granddaughters, and two Great Grandsons.
