We announce the death of Cleo Ewing (El Dorado, Arkansas), who passed away on May 23, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Ewing and L. T. Ewing; his wife Mary Ewing; his daughter Cleaster Ewing; and his siblings, O. B. Ewing, Jesse Ewing, Willie Ewing, Sim Ewing, Ada Burch, Etta Clark, Odessa Brown, Myrtle Modest and Lena Mullen.
He is survived by: his children, Marlin Ewing (Rose), Deborah Smith, Ophelia Robinson, Helen Steward (James) of Shreveport, Louisiana and Darren Ewing (Darlene) of Wichita Falls, Texas.; his siblings, Dorothy Benton and Neal Ewing; Mary Pierce.
