He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Betty Marie Turner Riggins and Charles Edward Riggins; his wife Alice Turner; his sons, Damiane and Dominique Turner of El Dorado; and his grandchildren, Jaylen Turner of Las Vegas, Ian Turner of Bossier City and Amiyah Turner of El Dorado. He was also cherished by Uncles, Aunts, Cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First St. James Baptist Church (523 S Hawthorne Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730). A wake will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sims Mortuary (432 W Liberty St, El Dorado, AR 71730). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the El Dorado Municipal Auditorium (100 W 8th St, El Dorado, AR 71730). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Va Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
