He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Nicole Smith; his siblings, Mike Hill (Mary), Russ Hill, Kristi Misenheimer (Gary) and Lorrie Moudy (Billy Bob); his siblings' children, Extended, Jason Kitchens, Terri, Randy Kitchens, Sandy Kitchens and Robert Adair; his close friend Jeff Barnette; Lance.
