He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Phillips and Felix Phillips (McCree); and his siblings, Luther Ray Phillips and Helen Malone. He is survived by: his children, Jensen Phillips and Caden Blue; his sisters, Evelyn Phillips, Sharon "Kay" Nelson and Elizabeth "Ann" Thomas (David); and his close friend Brenda Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
