She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Willis; her parent Vera Battles; her siblings, Ralph Thompson, Sally Montgomery and Margie Brown; and her sons, James Meeks, Lloyd Davis and Floyd Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Willis Jr. (Bettie) of Milwaukee, Calvin Willis (Cleanthia) of El Dorado, Jimmy Willis (Monica) of Romeoville, Illinois, Vera Hallums (William) of Missouri City, Helen Bates (Calvin) of Missouri City, Carolyn Willis Jones of Arcola and Essie Willis-Tubbs (Bobby) of Rosharon, Texas; and her brother Landis Thompson of Junction City, Arkansas. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
