She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Palmer and Viola Palmer; and her siblings, John Allen (Jerry), Rev. Raymond Palmer (R. L.), Grady Palmer, Willie Dean Palmer and Lucy Dunwood.
She is survived by: her children, Elroy Davis (Joan), Barbara Henry (Robert) and Kay Bailey (Fredrick); her siblings, Robert Palmer of Los Angeles, Floyd James Palmer of El Dorado, Charles Ricky Palmer and Ira Dell Mijares of Los Angeles; her grandchildren, Jeremy Davis, Elroy Jr., Breshawn Miller, Antione Hill, John Jackson, Kamisha Jackson, Saka and Noble; her great grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Jamari Davis, Elijah Davis, Elaysia Davis, Amiria Jackson, Celaya Davis, Kingston Davis, Elijah Jackson, Carribean Jackson, JaKyla Jackson, Sakoni Jackson, Tanecia Boone and Ayden Smith; and her close friends, Clara Daniels and Lena Nelson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
