She is survived by: her children, La'Tavra Veasey, Mark Owens, Raymond Owens and Joseph Veasey Sr.; her sister Nancy Ann Owens (James); her grandchildren, Joseph Veasey Jr., Ebony Veasey, Jasmine Thomas, Mark Owens Jr., Markquez Thomas Jr., Justin Owens, Chasity Veasey, Ja'Corey Veasey, Shalayla Owens, Ahrian Veasey and Denver Owens; her great grandchildren, Jordynn Baker, Paris James, Jaisley Owens, Mariyana Thomas, MaKenzley Owens, Truu Owens, Landynn McMurrian, Kamarion Hall, Junior Owens, Jnersi Veasey, Muian Owens and Nora Veasey; and her close friend Kwanza Davis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, adopted grandchildren, extended family, dear friends.
