She is survived by: her son Torey Lorenzo Fikes, Sr. (Charlaynis); her mother Shirley Fikes Gatson of Strong, Arkansas; her sister Vanessa Powell Scott (John) of Houston, Texas; her father Pelton Teague; her siblings, Via S. Lapham and Wendell J. Teague; and her grandchildren, Torey Lorenzo Fikes, Jr., Toray, Toria Alis, Victory and Toriana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sims Mortuary (105 Christian Dr, El Dorado, AR 71730). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (9461 Strong Hwy, Strong, AR 71765).
