He was predeceased by: his parents, Mifflin "Skipper" Giles and Gladys Giles; his brother Mitch Giles; and his son-in-law Jason Shipman. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sue Sallee Giles; his daughters, Misty Goodman and Brandy Shipman; his grandchildren, Stormy Bates (Jonathan) of Dalton Gosvenor, T. J, Hudson, Jonathan Goodman and Cody Nicole Tumey (Chris); his great grandchildren, Ryder, Remi and Banks; and his siblings, Carolyn Pearson and Travis Giles (Delores).
