He was predeceased by: his father John Wayne Martindale, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Martindale; his sons, Evan Martindale (Kayla) and Ethan Martindale (Heather); his grandchildren, Bentley, Cameron, Paris, Skylar, Carter and Emersyn; and his brother Tony Martindale (Carrie).

A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Perry's Funeral Chapel (312 W Oak St, El Dorado, AR 71730).
