She is survived by: her former spouse Sammie Lee Miles; her children, Rickie Miles (Liz), Russell Miles (Kimberly), Chris Miles (Angie) of ElDorado, AR, Dorris Ward (Harold), Debra Butler, Jackie Curley (Kelvin) and LaTonya Miles of El Dorado, AR.; her siblings, Betty Caldwell (Anthony), Earnistine Turner (Travis), Cynthia Ford of El Dorado, AR, Dennis Spivey of El Dorado, AR and James Douglas of West Helena, AR; her aunts, Betty Hall of El Dorado, AR, Arnell Phillips and Juanita Martin of St; her uncle Samuel Taylor of Summerfield, LA; and her grandchildren, Kenyatta, Sanjuana, Shemeka, LaShanda, Curtis, Jonte, LaDemia, Crystal Janee, LaQuincy and Brianna. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
