She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Cook (Nancy) of El Dorado, Larry Cook (Debbie) of El Dorado and Dean Cook of Junction City, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Todd Cook of Fayetteville, Tina Cook Haney (Keith) of Hot Springs, Amber Cook Wood (Brandon) of El Dorado and Alex Cook of Junction City; and her brother James Oswalt (Buddy) of Marshall, Texas..
