He is survived by: his children, PeeWee and Randy; his son-in-law Dwain; his wife Dorothy Greer Evans; his daughter Laurie Mayfield (Dwain); his sister-in-law Sarah Evans; his daughter-in-law Tara Evans; his grandchildren, Michael Evans (Kimberly), Ashley Kussman (Larry), Jerrod Mayfield (April), Evan Mayfield (Courtney), Anna Marie Mayfield, Nathanael Evans (Cecily), Isaac Evans, Grace Roden (Davis) and Catherine Evans; his great grandchildren, Collen, Claire, Jake, Owen, Sarah, Daniel, Adam, Bryce, Peyton, Knox, Riley, Miley, Shepherd Randal and Warren Cole; and also Leo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
