She was predeceased by: her parents, Harper Ervin Blackerby and Ella Clement Blackerby; her husbands, Lozier Howard Lochridge and Tom Foote; and her siblings, Martin Blackerby, Laurens Blackerby, Thurman Blackerby, Jewel Swilling, Ruby Ashcraft and Virginia Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lochridge Franques of El Dorado and Hal Lochridge (Glenda) of Flippin; and her grandchildren, Rob Franques (Jessica), Jennifer Loyd (Monica) and Kimberly Lochridge. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
