He is survived by: his wife Ann Waldrup Ellen; his children, Scott N. Ellen of El Dorado and Nancy Cathey (Joseph Cathey) of Godley, Texas; his stepchildren, Ken Waldrup of El Paso, Texas, Beth Waldrup of Boulder, Colorado and David Waldrup (Jodi) of Hot Springs, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Lillian Ellen, Nathaniel "Nate" Ellen (Katy), Natalie Cathey, Andrew Cathey, Wells Harrell (Donya), Elizabeth Harrell (Dan), Lauren Harrell (Mike), Kyle Waldrup (Mary), Kayla Freeman (Kelvin), Kurt Waldrup (Mai) and Matthew Ponder (Olivia). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Immanual Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
