He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his brother Roger Miller (Audree) of Sherwood, Arkansas; his children, Phillip Miller (Katrina) and Donna Farish (Dan) of El Dorado, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Alyssa Nalley (Bryce) of Benton, Austin Miller (Elizabeth) of Camden, Abbi Mason (Ethan) of Paragould, Hayleigh Lewis (Wade) of El Dorado, Dani Farish of Magnolia and Ethan Farish of El Dorado, Arkansas; his great grandchild Luke Nalley; and also Wayne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Wayne's honor to Samaritan's Purse.
