He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Herring and Ruby Herring (Kious); his granddaughter Paige Herring; and his brother Douglas Herring. He is survived by: his children, Tony Herring (Pamela), Jackie York (Joey) and Tammy Honeycutt (Aaron); and his sister Anita Wilbanks. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
