He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Barrett and Ingrid Perner Barrett; and his sisters, Nancy and Jullie. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Charlotte Phillips (Dwayne), Michael Robert Barrett (Brittany Lee) and Shawn Patrick Barrett; and his grandchildren, Jaysik Phillips and Jameson Phillips. He is also survived by family members and friends.
