He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Talley and Ruth Talley (Henry); his siblings, Christine Charles and Wayne Talley; his nephew John Charles; and his brother-in-law David Carlton.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy McGee of Springhill, LA and Carolyn Beavers of Emerson; his niece Stephanie Ashcraft of Shongaloo, LA; and his nephews, Rusty McGee (Molly) of Taylor, Jason Talley (Suzanne) of Shongaloo, LA, Eric Talley (Judy) of Taylor, Scott Charles (Sara) of Emerson, Randy McGee (Kira) of Jackson, MS and Timothy Beavers (Ashley) of Calhoun, LA. He is also survived by great nephews, great nieces, cousins, and friends.
