He is survived by: his daughters, Kathie (Randy Rosenbaum) of Texarkana, TX and Cindy (Larry Allen) of Texarkana, AR.; his brother William J. Arnett (Billy Joe) of Emmet, AR; his grandchildren, Brianna Kae McCartney, Parker Layne Allen and Paisley Anne-Marie Allen; and his great grandchildren, Miles Layne Allen, William Pierce Allen, Lucy Howe and Jude Howe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
