He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Harp and Cleo Harp. He is survived by: his brother Harold Harp (Alene); his niece Sandy Price; and his close friends, Walter and Samantha Moore. He is also survived by two nephews and great-nephews; and numerous cousins.
