He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vernon and Mary Ella Easterling Webb; and his brother Allen Odell Webb. He is survived by: his wife Janet Webb; and his sons, James Webb (Melissa Lowe) of England, AR and David Webb of England, AR. He is also survived by three Grandsons and one Granddaughter; seven Great Grandchildren; and a multitude of other family and friends.
