She is survived by: her mother Ruth Swint; her former husband Orville Treadway; her child Church; her husband James Phillips; her daughter Belinda Treadway; her siblings, Carlos, Charles, Arlie Swint, Freeda Varnell, Pat Nipps, Harley Swint (Linda) and Mitchell Swint; her children, Larry Treadway (Lenora), David Treadway and Janet Herring (Jerry); her grandsons, Jeremy Herring (Erin) and Scott Treadway (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Gracie Herring, Hadley Treadway, Hannah Moser (Dawson), Haley Kagebein (Blake), Barrett Pipkin, Juliet Pipkin and Kelcie Hodges. She is also survived by Mom's caregivers.
