She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Leslie and Mary Jo Jackson; and her siblings, Billy Jackson, Jimmy Jackson and Nancy Humphrey.
She is survived by: her husband Carroll Edwin West; her children, Bethany McGhee (David), Jason West (Julia) and Joel West (Lane); her grandchildren, Eden McNulty (Jake), Paige Troutman (Grayson), Jake West, Jadon West, Carter West, Jackson West, Weston McGhee, Jenner West (Alexis) and Cooper West; and her great grandchildren, Rocky Troutman, Mary Blake McNulty and Westley Kate McNulty.
