He is survived by: his children, Roy Spencer (Regina) of Lake Providence, Louisiana, Tammy Spencer of Houston, Texas, Cynthia Spencer of Sherwood, Arkansas, Cleo Brown of Eudora, Arkansas, Timothy Jones (Keidra) of Sherwood, Arkansas and Denise McGhee of Memphis, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Centreal Spencer and Cenecthia Spencer; and his siblings, Patricia Thomas (Charles), Robert Spencer (Rose Ann), Kenneth Promise (Claudia), Bruce Promise (Tammy), Donnie Ray Promise, John Richard Promise and Jessie Spencer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
