With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sybil Ruth Welch of Eudora, Arkansas, born in Oak Grove, Louisiana, who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her brothers, Billy Aaron and Edgar Aaron. She is survived by : her husband Billy Welch; her sons, Paul Hale (Ramona), Kenny Hale (Martha), Dean Hale (Sandra) and Richard Hale (Christine); her stepchildren, Teresa Hanberry (Ronald), Crystal Michelle Welch, Virginia Lee Welch and Billy Joe Welch; her siblings, Joe Aaron, Jessie Aaron (Sharon), Danny Aaron and Barbara Antley; her grandchildren, Matthew Hale, Carly Branch, Stacy Mathews, Alisha Hale, Storm Hale, Briana Hale, Blake Hale, Amy Atkins and Greg Harper; and her friends, Mary Lou Knight and Linda Welch. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
