He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Minnie Alice West (Ates); and his siblings, Leon, Stanley, Roy West and Peggy West Potts.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blansett West; his daughter Melinda West of Happy Valley, Oregon.; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Parker West of Happy Valley, Oregon.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other family members.
