He was predeceased by: his parents, C. N. Clark, Sr. and Lillie Clark (Smith); his wife Rena; his brother Bill Clark; and his daughter Ellen Garrison.
He is survived by: his children, Candace (Cande), William C. (Bill) and Clark (Cheryl); his granddaughters, Amanda Elkins (Eric), Brittin Clark and Cassie Garrison; his great grandchild Jackson Elkins; Genevieve Bowman and Dan Russo.
