He was predeceased by: his parents, Fanya Neuman (Shapiro) and Alexander Neuman; and his siblings, Edgar (Dorothy) and Edna Zapler (Sollie). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Europa; his sons, Dr. Robert Neuman of Ithaca, NY, David Neuman (Marina) of Warrenville, IL and Laurence Neuman (Julie) of Indianapolis, IN.; his granddaughters, Catherine Neuman of Indianapolis, IN. and Natasha Livshits; his great grandchild Lira Razumova; his nephew Tom Zapler of River Forest, IL; his niece Nancy Williams (John) of Chicago, IL.; and his sister-in-law Betty Lipscomb (Mark) of Cary, NC..
