He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph "Colonel" and Ovella Hamilton Qualls; his children, Kim Qualls, Randall Ryan and Stacy Shelton; and his great grandchild Noah Cook.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Qualls; his son Kirk Qualls; his siblings, Boyce Qualls (Virginia) and Fonda Lybarger (Tony); and his grandchildren, Brandon Qualls, Andrea Crawford, Ryan Shelton (Jessica), Reid Shelton (Jenella), Amanda Schmehl (Adam), Michael Ryan (Meagan) and Brittany Ryan. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Children's Home's of Paragould and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
