He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Roy and Ruth Mae Metcalf Kunkel. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Lecia Holcombe of Newark, AR; and his stepchildren, Julie Jines of California and Don Nelson of Evening Shade.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Piney Fork Church of Christ (17 Old Hwy 11, Evening Shade, AR 72532). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
