She was predeceased by: her former husband J. D. Webb; and her son Charles Webb. She is survived by: her husband Carl T. Wiley; her daughters, Willena Herman (Fred) and Lori Uemura; her grandchildren, Jonathan McLaughlen and Shō Uemura (Kaitlyn); her stepgrandson Mitchell Herman (Sunny); and her great grandchildren, Margot Uemura, Laney Herman and Landon Herman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
