Al Samples Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Al Samples of Farmington, Arkansas, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Samples and Ettie Melinda Samples (Kilmer). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Mershon Samples; his children, Shon Samples (Tina) of Elkins, Arkansas and Sandy Tennant (Steven) of Farmington, Arkansas; his sister Iva Lou Samples of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Rodney Howard (Jennifer), Kimberly Berger (Mike), Addison Tennant, Heath Samples (Katie) and Derek Samples (Brittany).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home (115 N Neal St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Prairie Grove Church of Christ (118 N Pittman St, Prairie Grove, AR 72753).
