She is survived by: her children, Sandy Tennant (Steven) of Farmington, Arkansas and Shon Samples (Tina) of Elkins, Arkansas; her siblings, Donna Kilmer of Abilene, Texas and Ron Mershon of Albuquerque; and her grandchildren, Rodney Howard (Jennifer), Kimberly Berger (Mike), Addison Tennant, Heath Samples (Katie) and Derek Samples (Brittany).
