She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Latta and Euna Latta (Choate); and her siblings, Kenneth Latta, Bill Latta, Dollie Marie Latta Sharp and Dorothy Dean Latta Cavin.

She is survived by: her husband Larry "Mac" Strong; her children, Michael Strong (Teresa) and Angela Denise Strong Tunstill (Torrey); her sisters, Juanita Latta Fry (Bill), Shirley Ann Latta Langrell and Peggy Sue Latta Griggs; and her grandchildren, Paige Harding, Lily Tunstill, Dalton Strong and Jordan Strong. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
