He was predeceased by: his father Dan McWhorter; and his uncle David Bland. He is survived by: his mother Lynn Ann Davis; his father-in-law Tommy; his aunt Cathy Patterson; his uncles, Buddy Patterson and Alan Bland; his cousins, Seth and Caleb Patterson; and his pet MuMu.
