She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Mallett of Farmington, Arkansas; her granddaughters, Lauren Mallett-Hays (Justin) of Farmington and Alison Hix (Ryan) of Maumelle, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Hadley, Harper, Davis Hays and Shep Hix. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
