He is survived by: his wife Danita Bilderback of Farmington; his sons, Ronald Keith Bilderback (Angie) of Springdale, Brian Lee Bilderback of Springdale and Sean Bilderback (Brittany) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Nick Bilderback, Zach Bilderback, Destiny Bilderback, Summer Barry and Riley Bilderback; his sister Lavena Tyson of Huntsville; and his aunt Hazel Ledbetter of Springdale. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
