He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert R. Moore and Lois M. Moore (Clark); and his brother Donald Moore. He is survived by: his wife Leila Kersey; his children, Kim Harper of Tontitown, Arkansas and Wayne Moore (Olga) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Keith Harper, Andrew Moore and Katherine Moore; and his sisters, Georgie Manzanares of Minturn, Debbie Gustafson of Gypsum and Merline Ramsey of Cheyenne, Wyoming. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Life Cathedral Chapel (1285 Millsap Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72703). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Chapel (1358 Millsap Rd, Fayetteville, AR 72703).
