He is survived by: his wife Leah Castleberry; his daughters, Milah Phillips (Ryan) of Springfield and Megan Perkins (Luke) of Sulphur, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Phillips, Katherine Phillips and Lincoln Phillips; his sister Sandra Welborn of Lamar, Arkansas; and his mother-in-law Jurine Roberts of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
