She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Thomas Jr. and Bettie Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Thomas of Fayetteville; and her goddaughters, Amber Forbus of Fayetteville, Megan Wedgworth of Springdale, Leah Tomlinson of Fayetteville and Amanda Adams of Fayetteville.
