He is survived by: his wife Joann Maxwell; his daughters, Carol Wiens (Henry), Cathy Hudgens (Robert) and Lisa Forrest (Jim); his brother-in-law Ken Johnson (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Christa Roy, Tamara Lewis, Amy Hickman, Melissa Parks, Chris Hudgens, Nathan Hudgens, Whitney Martin, Tavner Martin, Logan Martin and Hannah Siebenmorgen. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
