He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Daniel Stout of Peggs, Oklahoma; his siblings, Patricia Sisco (Terry) and Bobby Stout (Anita); and his stepbrother Rick Garner of Springdale, Arkansas. He is also survived by 4 grand-daughters.
